Effect of various antibiotics on the bacterial counts in cultures of S. aureus. S. aureus (DSM 20233 strain) bacteria were incubated in complete medium for 4 hours in the presence of antibiotics. Subsequently, bacterial suspensions were spread on COS blood agar plates. Colonies were counted after an overnight incubation. |
